This is a non-ticketed event, and seating is general admission. The ceremony typically lasts two hours. Names of graduating students attending the ceremony will be read in order of degree (bachelor's, master's, certificate, and doctoral). Convocation is not a certification of graduation, but rather a ceremony that celebrates your academic achievements. You must satisfy all of your degree requirements before you officially graduate and receive your diploma.
