Location:  ARC (201 E. Peabody Dr., Champaign)
Time: Check-in is from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the ARC main entrance.
Parking:  Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA parking and drop-off are available in lot E-24. Metered parking is not enforced on Sunday of Commencement Weekend. For additional parking information, see the Campus Parking Map.

Please note that parking in lot E-38 across from the ARC and near the residence halls is not permitted.

• Graduating students must wear the approved academic attire, or they will not be permitted to the ceremony. Extra academic attire will not be available at check-in.
• Graduating students should not bring personal belongings (purses, bags, etc.) into the ARC. Phones are allowed but should be set to silent.
  
• Only graduating students will be permitted into the check-in entrance. Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to be included in the procession.
• Graduating students should report to the appropriate check-in table (alphabetical by last name). The photographer will take individual graduate photos upon arrival.

After check-in, graduates will report to ARC, Gym 2. Please stay in designated areas as noted below.

• Doctoral degree participants will gather by faculty hooders. Line-up order will be given at check-in.
• Master's degree participants will be grouped by department.
• Bachelor's degree participants will be separated by major.
