The program focuses on the globalization of policy, pedagogy in different contexts including online environments, and children and youth studies. The program attracts diverse students from all corners of the globe who dialogue and work with each other on a range of cutting-edge issues in the field of education.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT is the study of the bodies of knowledge and the applied processes used to improve workplace performance and individual learning in organizations. Human resource development occurs in a range of business sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and higher education, among many situations, both nationally and internationally.
LEARNING DESIGN & LEADERSHIP provides you with the opportunity to learn how to create more engaging learning environments by integrating new media technologies. LDL encourages students to be active designers of their own knowledge, in contrast to old teaching, in which knowledge was handed down to them. Students use new digital media to enhance the ways in which they can learn and understand, thus improving the learning process. It also addresses the challenges of differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Instructional technologies such as computer-based instruction, computer-based testing, distance learning, interactive video, and intelligent instructional technologies are covered.
