Online Journals and Databases

As you take courses, you will need to search for and access a variety of online journals and databases.

DocExpress

If an article/book chapter is not available in an electronic journal, but the Library owns it in print, you may use DocExpress to order a scanned copy of the article be sent to you. In the note field of your request enter in "Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning" and identify the course for which you are requesting the material.

Note: You will not be charged for your request following verification if you are enrolled in an online or off-campus program. This service is exclusively available for online & off-campus program code students.

Interlibrary Loan

Use Interlibrary Loan if you determine that the article/book chapter you are looking for is not available electronically or in print from the University of Illinois Library.
