To-Do Checklist

Submit your Intent to Graduate

  • For undergrads, registration is required through Enterprise by the 10th day of the Spring 2022 semester. If you have missed this deadline, please contact your academic advisor immediately. 
  • For graduate students, submit via the student registration system by Sunday, April 3, 2022.

Register for the College of Education Convocation Video and Ceremony, and/or University-wide Commencement Ceremony (if desired)

  • It is highly recommended that registration for the College of Education Convocation Video and Ceremony be completed by March 31, 2022. After March 31, we cannot guarantee your listing in the Convocation Ceremony program or inclusion in the Convocation video.

Tickets

Admission is free and tickets are not required for the 2022 College of Education Convocation Ceremony; guest seating at Huff Hall is general admission only. Visit the Tickets section of the Commencement website for details on admission and tickets to that event at Memorial Stadium.

Complete the Education Alumni Form

All new (or repeat) alumni need to submit updated information for future networking events, professional development opportunities, and more.

For Doctoral Students

Final exam must be completed by April 9, 2021 and dissertation deposited by April 23, 2021, at 4:45 p.m. in order to participate in a Commencement celebration.

For Master's Students in M.A. or M.S. Programs

Thesis deposit must be completed by April 30, 2021 at 4:45 p.m.

Online Masters (Ed.M.) and Online Doctoral (Ed.D.) Students: Complete the Online Student Career Outcomes Survey

We are looking to gather information about the career outcomes of graduating online students in Education, so that we can learn about and better celebrate accomplishments. Please take a moment to complete this short survey. Your survey responses are reported anonymously, and any comments will not be attributed to individuals. The completion of this survey is voluntary, but your participation will help shape our online program's foci and experiences to better serve future students. All survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for College of Education-branded prizes!
