Speaker Information: Dr. Jennifer Johnson

Dr. Jennifer Johnson, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education Policy, Organization & Leadership, is a citizen of the Seminole Nation and a descendant of the Sac & Fox Nation. She has dedicated her career to Indigenous language revitalization and education, including her work co-founding the Pumvhakv Immersion School. Dr. Johnson’s research focuses on Indigenous knowledge systems and community-led efforts in language documentation, offering invaluable perspectives for those interested in education and community engagement.
