The International Education Administration & Leadership (GSE: IEAL) program is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to spearhead, shape, and assess international programming and initiatives in a variety of contexts, spanning both business/industry and postsecondary education sectors across the globe. This comprehensive program prepares students to navigate the complexities of internationalization efforts, fostering their ability to lead and develop strategies that promote cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, and educational excellence. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be conferred with a prestigious Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership, with a specialized concentration in Global Studies in Education. This concentration underscores the importance of understanding global perspectives and issues in education, empowering graduates to address the diverse challenges and opportunities present in today's interconnected world. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on experiences, students emerge prepared to drive positive change and innovation in international education leadership roles.
