Diversity & Equity in Education (DE) is an innovative program dedicated to fostering social justice and equity within P-16 learning environments. Our program offers educators transformative approaches to addressing issues related to diversity and equity, empowering them to create inclusive and equitable educational spaces where all students can thrive. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on experiences, students delve into critical discussions surrounding diversity, inclusion, and social justice in education. By enrolling in this program, students embark on a journey toward earning a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a specialized concentration in Diversity and Equity in Education. Our graduates emerge as advocates for change, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and commitment to champion diversity, equity, and social justice in educational settings and beyond.
