J. Jessica Li, assistant professor in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, was named the Outstanding Paper Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012. She was recognized for her paper “Business Ethics and Workplace Guanxi in Chinese SOEs: A qualitative study,” which was published in the Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management. Finalists and award winners are selected by the publication's Editorial Team, which regarded Li's paper as one of the most impressive pieces of work in 2011.
