AHRD 2011 Awards
Congratulations: HRD faculty and students receive multiple awards.
The Academy of Human Resource Development announced several awards at their 2011 conference in Schaumberg, Illinois. Faculty and students in the HRD program at UIUC were among the recipients (see below). The Cutting Edge Awards are given for papers judged to be the most innovative and creative for advancing the field. Four of these awards were given to UIUC faculty and students. The Monica M. Lee Award was given for the best refereed article in the scholarly journal, Human Resource Development International. The competition for these awards includes papers from around the world, and collectively, our awards were one of the strongest showings for a university program. Congratulations to all.
