Event Type: Conference/Workshop

Join the CUCFab Lab Friday, November 10th from 7pm-9pm for an exciting and educational workshop. We'll be taking you step by step through the Ancient Art of Japanese Water Marbling. In this activity you will: 

1. Explore how surface tension works
2. Make marbled creations with ink on paper 
3. Learn the basic chemistry necessary to marble acrylic on paper
4. Marble acrylic paint on wood

These activities will culminate in a final project, where you will be laser cutting and marbling a wooden picture frame to frame your paper masterpieces.
