Dr. Kathleen Gallagher will be presenting the Child Development Laboratory 75th Anniversary Lecture. Her talk will highlight the importance of providing access to high-quality early care and education programs, and why children, families, and communities all benefit from such initiatives. With an eye on how research informs policy and practice, Dr. Gallagher will highlight implications for how communities and higher education institutions can take the lead in educating and supporting the early childhood professionals who play a critical role in providing these transformative early care and education programs.
