In this webinar, Rosemarie Allen will challenge us to reflect on our own unspoken biases and consider strategies to implement when working with children who engage in challenging behavior.

In this session, Dr. Rosemarie Allen will explore the role of implicit bias through the lens of her expertise in Pre-K and elementary school classrooms. She will help attendees working in a variety of contexts to understand the dynamics of implicit bias and its impacts, challenge us to reflect on our own unspoken biases, and share strategies to minimize our biases in professional settings.

Rosemarie Allen has been an educational leader for over 30 years and is a national expert on implicit bias and culturally responsive practices. She is currently the President & CEO of the Institute for Racial Equity and Excellence.
