This coffee-break webinar will explore how equity-guided change is implemented in rural contexts. This webinar will pull from the experiences of rural Illinois community colleges Pathways to Results teams featured in OCCRL’s latest Insights on Equity and Outcomes brief. Webinar attendees will learn how rural Illinois community colleges utilized Pathways to Results (PTR), an outcomes-focused, equity-guided process, to improve student transition to and through postsecondary education and into employment.
