In this presentation Dr. Ardichvili will share his reflections on recent changes and future trends in leadership development (LD) practice and theory. He will provide an overview of emerging new practices and theoretical frameworks of leadership development. He will share lessons learned from two inter-related streams of his work: LD-related scholarship, and consulting and applied research in large business organizations.
