Keynote Spotlight:
Professor Sobe (PhD. Wisconsin-Madison) is Associate Professor and Program Chair of both Cultural and Educational Policy Studies and International Higher Education in the School of Education at Loyola University Chicago. He is also the Director of Loyola's Center for Comparative Education and teaches and researches in comparative and international education as well as the history of education.
