Dr. Terrell Lamont Strayhorn is a Professor of Higher Education at The Ohio State University in the School of Educational Policy & Leadership within the College of Education and Human Ecology. He is also the Director of Center for Higher Education Enterprise at The Ohio State University. Dr. Strayhorn serves as a Faculty Research Associate in the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race & Ethnicity, a Senior Research Associate in the Todd A. Bell National Resource Center for African American Males, and a faculty affiliate in the Department of African and African American Studies. Dr. Strayhorn is the Director of Investigating the Critical Junctures: Strategies for Broadening Minority Male Participation in STEM. He is the author of 8 books, 50 chapters and 100 articles in the areas of applying diversity scholarship to practice including issues of race, class, gender and sexuality.
