The Asian American Education Initiative, organized by the College of Education and the campus' Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies, is launching to the community with a series of events during the month of May—nationally recognized as Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

The Initiative kicks off with this Opening Address from Dr. Yoon Pak, Department Head of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership.
