The International Education Administration & Leadership (GSE: IEAL) program is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in leadership roles within the realm of international education. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students are trained to lead, develop, implement, and evaluate international programming and initiatives across various sectors, including business/industry and postsecondary education, in both public and private settings. With a focus on fostering global perspectives and cross-cultural competencies, the program prepares graduates to navigate the complexities of internationalization efforts and promote educational excellence on a global scale. By enrolling in this program, students will earn a Master of Education (EdM) degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a specialized concentration in Global Studies in Education, empowering them to make meaningful contributions to the field of international education leadership and advocacy. Whether pursuing careers in international schools, multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, or higher education institutions, graduates emerge prepared to drive positive change and foster greater intercultural understanding in diverse educational settings worldwide.
