Doctor of Philosophy

Learning Design & Leadership

Learning Design & Leadership (LDL) provides educators and training/learning development professionals the opportunity to learn how to create more engaging learning environments by integrating new media technologies. Students in this program will earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership with a concentration in Learning Design and Leadership.

Typical Plan of Study (minimum 64 hours)

Research Methodology Coursework

16 - 20 hours

ERAM 550: Methods of Educational Inquiry, plus at least 12 additional hours, to be selected with advisor

Thesis Research
