Grace (she/her) received her bachelor’s degree in child development and public policy from Vanderbilt University. She worked with children with and without disabilities in her roles as a childcare provider, homeschooling instructor, and nanny. At UIUC, Grace has completed practicum experiences in early intervention, first grade, and preschool settings. Grace is passionate about supporting families of young children with disabilities to promote meaningful inclusion in all parts of their lives. In her master’s program, Grace has contributed to faculty/student research projects, written blog posts and articles for practitioners, and led her own research. After completing her master’s, Grace hopes to be either an early intervention provider or inclusive preschool teacher.
