Peg has over two decades of experience and has dedicated her career to empowering students and supporting educators along their paths. From special education to district diagnostics, classroom teaching, and leadership roles as an administrator and director, she has seen firsthand the transformative power of learning when it is grounded in purpose and equity—experiences that have given her a deep, systems-level understanding of how students learn and how educational environments support that learning. Her passion lies in connecting research and practice, helping teachers unlock every student’s potential through innovative, neuro-based approaches that make learning meaningful, inclusive, and lasting.
