Event Description:On behalf of The College of Education Disabled Student Taskforce, a panel of students with disabilities will discuss teaching practices that have facilitated their learning, barriers they have faced, and provide suggestions to instructors about how to maximize accessibility and inclusion in their classes. The session will include a panel discussion and time for Q&A.

By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of what disabled students face as barriers and what teaching practices have helped facilitate their learning.
This is an opportunity for faculty and staff to hear directly from students about what they experience in the classroom.
