Stacey Hietikko is an instructional design and technology leader with a proven track record of driving impactful learning experiences. With many years of experience as a Director of IT and training, she has honed her expertise in leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Currently, Stacey serves as a Sr. Instructional Designer and Program Manager at Yahoo, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's global training and content initiatives. Her strategic vision and leadership skills are instrumental in developing innovative learning solutions that align with Yahoo's business objectives and drive employee performance.
Stacey holds a Master of Education degree in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Instructional System Design Management and Leadership and an Instructional Design MasterTrack® Certificate. This academic foundation, coupled with her extensive industry experience, positions her as a thought leader in the field of instructional design.
