Teachers will participate in whole- and small-group sessions and collaborate with colleagues to address instructional challenges at this year's Chancellor's Academy on June 27-28. The engaging and interactive workshops will define a vision for teacher leadership and its impact on student success.
Teachers will:
- Define a vision for teacher leadership and its impact on student success
- Find evidence to support that vision using data, evidence, and stories
- Develop strategies for leveraging colleagues' expertise and engaging audiences with solutions
- Identify ways to elicit support for challenging instructional problems
A continental breakfast and buffet lunch will be provided.
The event is approved for CPDU credit, and the participant stipend is $150.
