Admissions in Special Education -- International Candidates
The College of Education has a rich population of students from around the world. We welcome this diversity of voice, view and idea into our community and encourage you to apply here at Illinois. Due to the many ongoing changes in emigration to the United States, we suggest that you begin the process with the following link for prospective international students: International Applicants.
In addition to the above items, international students must submit a TOEFL score (taken within two years of the start of the semester for which the student is requesting admission). International students must have a total iBT score greater than 102 (72nd - 79th percentile). The minimum speaking score is 24 (79th percentile). More information regarding TOEFL scores for graduate students can be located on the Graduate College web site.
