Students are recommended to start the program in the Fall, but may also begin in the Spring or Summer terms. Students with an earned masters' degree graduate concentration in Human Resource Development, Learning Design and Leadership, Diversity and Equity in Education, or Global Studies in Education are required to select a different Ed.D. concentration area.
