Executive Human Resource Development (EHRD) track is designed for thoughtful practitioners who may already have a graduate degree, and who wish to acquire an advanced understanding of human resource development and develop the ability to carry out proven best practices grounded in research and experience. Among the topics in this area of study are return-on-investment of HRD programs, workplace learning and partnership research. A capstone independent study is required.
