This session is for prospective Illinois school administrators. Educational Administration and Leadership (EAL) prepares outstanding social justice leaders and change agents who create organizational conditions that provide for equitable participation by all relevant stakeholders in school governance and ensure that all students experience high levels of academic performance.

Current teachers interested a principal endorsement and current administrators interested in a superintendent endorsement are invited to attend and learn more about our programs in Champaign and DesPlaines, Illinois.
