Dr. Kate Gallagher's Nov. 9 talk will highlight the importance of providing access to high-quality early care and education programs, and why children, families, and communities all benefit from such initiatives.  With an eye on how research informs policy and practice, Dr. Gallagher will highlight how communities and higher education institutions can take the lead in education and supporting early childhood professionals who play a critical role in providing these tranformative early care and education programs.
