The panel will be comprised of educational l eaders who will explore the roles that educational leaders must play to en sure a successful teacher leadership initiative.\nLearning outcomes includ e:\n\n Developing a deeper appreciation for the role of teacher leaders in schools.\n A greater understanding of the correlation between their leadership roles and the success or failure of teacher leadership in thei r school.\n An enhanced knowledge of the perils and pitfalls of shiftin g to differentiated leadership roles for teacher and delegated expectation s for principals.\n An articulation of key conditions contributing to t he success or failure of teacher leadership program.\n\nThis program is a collaborative effort between the Center for Education in Small Urban Commu nities and ELA and runs concurrently with the 2016 Chancellor’s Academy.
