 h&nbsp\;is an interdisciplinary educator\, researcher\, advocate for stude
 nts\, seeker of social justice and equity\, and lifelong learner.&nbsp\;Sh
 e obtained her Ed.D. from the University of Illinois in Education Policy\,
  Organization\, and Leadership with an emphasis on Diversity and Equity (2
 022).&nbsp\;With over sixteen years of teaching experience at the secondar
 y and post-secondary levels\, she has continuously worked in diverse class
 rooms and sought to ensure that students receive equitable and rigorous in
 struction and mentorship.&nbsp\;Dr. Bunch advocates for students and uses 
 writing\, poetry\, art\, and history to encourage dialogue and self-reflec
 tion. Her research focuses on Black female educators in Mississippi pre/po
 st&nbsp\;Brown v. Board&nbsp\;and the impact history has had on the curren
 t lack of representation of BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/Persons of Color) teac
 hers in K-12 public classrooms. She also has a book that is being publishe
 d this March with Teachers College Press titled The Magnitude of Us.Tyler 
 Rutledge&nbsp\;is in his 4th year as a High School Science teacher. He cur
 rently sits on his school's equity team and runs a student club focused on
  social justice\, as well as a student-led Muslim Student Association. Tyl
 er completed his Master's in EPOL with a focus in Diversity and Equity thi
 s past December. He plans to use this degree along with his education degr
 ee to take a position in his district as the Equity Coordinator in this up
