The program is comprehensive in increasing awareness \, assessing the needs of stakeholders\, designing solutions\, and evaluat ing outcomes. Draws upon cutting-edge cancer research and innovative educa tional approaches to promote the systematic inclusion of research findings and evidence-based practices into the routine practice of cancer manageme nt in URC.Covers foundational knowledge and competencies in diversity and health disparities\; human interactions\, relations\, and communications\; cancer biology and diseases\; and the implementation and evaluation of ca ncer management innovations. Will train individuals to identify factors pr ominent in URC that impact the application of cancer management innovation s across multiple levels\, including patient\, provider\, clinic\, facilit y\, organization\, and often the broader community and policy environment.
