 ome. Dr. Kevin Carey serves as the Associate Dean of Students at Illinois 
 Wesleyan University. In this role\, he oversees Orientation Services\, Stu
 dent Rights &amp\; Responsibilities\, Student Involvement\, and Esports. K
 evin is a 2013 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan with a B.A. in English Writin
 g. He holds his M.A. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education
  from Ball State University\, and his Ed.D. in Educational Policy\, Organi
 zation\, and Leadership from the University of Illinois. Kevin's dissertat
 ion and continued research focus on the exploration of gender identity dev
 elopment of college men involved in a masculinities program at small colle
