 eynote speaker at this year's lecture is Dr. Nancy C. Brady\, associate pr
 ofessor and investigator in the Life Span Studies at the University of Kan
 sas. She will describe the research and clinical activities that have led 
 to the development of a tool to measure non-speech communication that can 
 be used with almost everyone. Dr. Brady will also discuss how those in the
  field are using the tool to measure the progress of two different communi
