His professional j ourney spans decades of leadership and instructional roles in Indonesia an d the U.S.\, with a focus on teacher professional development\, internatio nal education\, and curriculum reform. A Fulbright Presidential Doctoral S cholar\, Dr. Sudibyo has also led multiple study abroad programs and contr ibuted to global education initiatives.
