 es\, social-emotional wellness\, and postsecondary success. He currently s
 erves as a district student services administrator for a school division i
 n Northern Virginia. Darrell regularly presents at national\, state\, and 
 local professional development conferences and collaborates with the Virgi
 nia State Department of Education in areas such as suicide prevention and 
 LGBTQ supports for students. He has his doctorate in Educational Policy\, 
 Organization\, and Leadership with a concentration in Diversity and Equity
  in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He holds d
 egrees\, certificates\, and endorsements from the University of Virginia\,
  George Washington University\, the University of Oklahoma\, and Millikin 
 University. Additionally\, he is licensed as a Licensed Professional Couns
 elor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Darrell's core expertise inclu
 des education policy and leadership\, LGBTQ issues\, grief and loss\, and 
 academic advisement.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Darrell's research focuses on understand
 ing the experiences of elementary-age transgender\, non-binary\, and gende
 r-fluid students in schools. He seeks to center the students' voices to hi
 ghlight the impact of systems and individuals on the students' concepts of
