The campers will be divided i nto groups based on their age and Chinese level. The teaching will be inte ractive and individualized. All the teachers are bilingual speakers and ha ve a master degree in education or higher.\nChinese lessons will be delive red in small groups and one-on-one instructions with a focus on the utilit arian aspects of the language. \;The curriculum is designed based on t he theme of the day. The themes are Chinese New Year\, Chinese School Day\ , Chinese Moon Festival\, Chinese Restaurant\, and Arrival in China.\nThe culture aspect includes creating Chinese cultural crafts (e.g.\, Terracott a soldiers\, Peking Opera Mask\, Chinese painting\, Chinese calligraphy\, Chinese paper cutting\, etc.)\, Chinese martial arts and Chinese tradition al games. \;\nThe research aspect includes creating a hands-on project or a writing project based on the camper's age with a focus on the subjec ts related to China\, Chinese language or Chinese culture.\nCamp Audience\ nThe camp is open to kindergartner to fifth-graders who want to explore Ch inese and further develop their Chinese.
