Process for Linking Tutors with Teachers.
The school coordinator uses the availability provided by the tutors to best match them with a teacher and grade level that can use them during their available times.
Orientation Provided
The Volunteer Coordinator holds one-on-one orientation with students as students sign-up.
Describe the Procedure for Signing up for Tutoring
Students complete and application and background check which is submitted to the coordinator. The coordinator will then contact them to start matching process. Once cleared, the student will meet with the coordinator for a short orientation before they begin. A summary of your rights under the FCRA is availble online.
