Administrative Staff Restructuring Activities

Shared Services Created for EPOL Department

A shared service center was created as a result of synergies discussions among the Departments of Educational Organization and Leadership, Human Resource Education, and Educational Policy Studies. Staff members from these departments combined forces to redistribute their workloads and meet the support needs for all three departments. This action provides the foundation for a successful transition of administrative responsibilities to a shared model proposed in our Departmental Restructuring for Intellectual Synergies.

This reorganization has already resulted in increased efficiencies and improved service to faculty and students.
