The Awards Manager web application is the place to:

  • Accept or decline your College of Education Student Award
  • Register and send invitations for the Fall Recognition Banquet

What do I need to do before entering the Awards Manager?

  1. You must claim your NetID and set your NetID password. You will need to wait at least 24 hours after claiming your NetID before you will be able to log in to the Awards Manager. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk if you have any questions (217-244-7000, consult@illinois.edu).
  2. You must set up your illinois.edu email address at partnercomputing.illinois.edu as further instructions will be emailed if you accept the award.

How do I know if I received an award?

Enter the secure Awards Manager. If you have received an award, click Accept or Decline next to your award(s). Awards have differing deadlines for your responses, so please read the letter sent to you carefully.

I am unable to log in to the Awards Manager. What do I do?

  1. Be sure you have claimed your NetID and have waited at least 24 hours before accessing the Awards Manager. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk if you have any questions (217-244-7000, consult@illinois.edu).
  2. Review the Technology Services page on your NetID and NetIDPassword. You may need to reset your NetID password. See the "Changing your NetID password" section. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk if you have any questions (217-244-7000, consult@illinois.edu).
  3. If you do not have a NetID or continue having problems, email either undergradawards@education.illinois.edu or gradawards@education.illinois.edu. Include your name, award, student status, whether you are accepting/declining the award, and the specific problem you are having.
