How do I know if I received an award?
Enter the secure Awards Manager. If you have received an award, click Accept or Decline next to your award(s). Awards have differing deadlines for your responses, so please read the letter sent to you carefully.
I am unable to log in to the Awards Manager. What do I do?
- Be sure you have claimed your NetID and have waited at least 24 hours before accessing the Awards Manager. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk if you have any questions (217-244-7000, email@example.com).
- Review the Technology Services page on your NetID and NetIDPassword. You may need to reset your NetID password. See the "Changing your NetID password" section. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk if you have any questions (217-244-7000, firstname.lastname@example.org).
- If you do not have a NetID or continue having problems, email either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, award, student status, whether you are accepting/declining the award, and the specific problem you are having.
