Graduate College Petition Form

The Graduate College has a new system for submission of petitions. You will now be able to complete the entire first page of the petition form electronically. You will be prompted to provide necessary information relevant for each request. You will submit it electronically to the Graduate College but you will still need to print the PDF form in order to obtain the necessary signatures. (Be sure to check in with your Department for additional processing procedures.) Action will not be taken on the petition until the original signatures are received in the Graduate College. The electronic submission will also provide you with the ability to go on-line to view the final decision status of your request.
