Tuition Waiver Application Form

The College of Education will be accepting a limited number of "entire endorsement suite (all three courses)" tuition waivers on a competitive basis.  Please complete the form below and provide your justification for tuition assistance in the space provided.

Application Criteria

 

1. Must be a Graduate student (Post-Baccalaureate).
2. Student must have a co-op teacher tuition waiver (TFW).
3. Student must complete application for request to use TFW and provide justification for request in the form below.
4. If selected, TFW is accepted for the Summer term which will cover the entire endorsement 'program' (all three courses).
5. Waivers are granted on the basis of 1 TFW per 25 students enrolled. 'Enrollment' is calculated as the total number of students enrolled in all three courses.

TFWs are accepted on the following priority basis:
