You may get a message to User Services anytime of the day or night by using our Service Request Form. Our staff will enter your request into the trouble ticket system between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, excluding University holidays.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to stop by User Services in room 1 or give us a call at 244-6053.

User Services provides support for College faculty, staff and students.
User Services consultants provide technical support to College Faculty and Staff assigned to the Education Building, Armory, Children's Research Center, Colonel Wolfe School, and 505 East Green Street Suite 203.
If you are in need of technical support, submit a request by calling 244-6053, using the Service Request Form, or visiting User Services in Room 1, College of Education. Dispatchers will enter a trouble ticket and route it to the appropriate group of support staff. Our technical support staff will attempt to service your computer within 24 hours from the time you call.
