IT@Education provides an array of services to the College in three main areas:
User Services is the College's service center / help desk where you can get technical support for your workspace and mobile technologies, technical support for our classrooms and conference-rooms, check out equipment, and print, scan and make copies. Visit us in Room 1, call 244-6053, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or submit a ticket at support.education.illinois.edu.
Core / Infrastructure services such as network and server administration as well as administration of core services such as file-sharing, web site and application hosting, email, and more. Contact us at email@example.com or submit a new request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
