Certificate Programs

Interested in high-quality professional development, but don't want to commit to a full master's program?

The HRE Department offers five non-degree programs to students around the world. Courses in these programs are full-credit (with grades issued). Our certificate programs provide flexibility and specific areas of focus within the field of human resource education.

 

• Human Resource Development (HRD) Graduate Certificate
  Provides an overview of historic and current trends in HRD and gives learners control over their program of study as it relates to professional needs.

• Community College Teaching and Learning (CCTL) Graduate Certificate
  Provides hands-on opportunities to apply innovative learning theories, curriculum design, and student development concepts. Offered through HRE Online.

• Foundations of E-Learning Certificate - Page under construction.
  Provides you with the fundamentals of online teaching, as well as training in e-learning management. This certificate from the HRE Department is offered online through a partnership with the University of Illinois Global Campus.

• Management of E-Learning Certificate - Page under construction.
  Provides you with training in online learning technology and management. This certificate from the HRE Department is offered online through a partnership with the University of Illinois Global Campus.

• Poland HRD Certificate Programs
  Through collaboration with Lublin Technical University in Poland, the HRE Department offers an HRD Certificate and a Postgraduate Management Program to compliment the existing MBA program offered at Lublin.
