The HRE Department offers seven non-degree programs to students around the world. Courses in these programs are full-credit (with grades issued). Our certificate programs provide flexibility and specific areas of focus within the field of human resource education.

• Human Resource Development (HRD) Graduate Certificate Program
  Provides an overview of historic and current trends in HRD and gives learners control over their program of study as it relates to professional needs.

• Community College Teaching and Learning (CCTL) Graduate Certificate Program
  Provides hands-on opportunities to apply innovative learning theories, curriculum design, and student development concepts. Offered through HRE Online.

• eLearning Graduate Certificate Programs
  Gain the knowledge necessary to create high-quality eLearning courses, as well as the skills to deliver and assess eLearning programs for tomorrow’s students and workforce. Choose from four eLearning Graduate Certificate programs:

• Management of eLearning
• Innovation of eLearning
• Evaluation of eLearning


• Poland HRD Certificate Programs
  Through collaboration with Lublin Technical University in Poland, the HRE Department offers an HRD Certificate and a Postgraduate Management Program to compliment the existing MBA program offered at Lublin.
