HRE facilty member receives NSF grant.

Russ Korte (HRE), Bruce Litchfield (ENG), Laura Hahn (CTE), and Valerie Werpetinski (CTE) received funding from the National Science Foundation for their grant proposal; A Participatory Investigation of Learning in International Service Projects. The project will investigate the process and content of learning experienced by engineering students involved overseas with the Engineers Without Borders program at UIUC. The results are expected to help inform curricular changes in engineering education.
