HRE students participate in Korean study tour

The South Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development invited a group of HRE students to visit Korea for a study tour this summer. The trip, led by Peter Kuchinke (Associate Professor), involved 10 graduate students who traveled to Korea from June 11-25, 2005.

The study trip focused on workforce and human resource development policies and practices. The group visited major Korean companies, the Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training, and several universities.

Grants from the College of Education and the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) provided support for the trip.
