Gregory Hoffeditz (Ph.D. candidate) is a recipient of the Robert P. Larsen Career Development Research Grant. He is exploring the relationship between individual characteristics and mental preparedness for career transition in military retirement. The University of Illinois awards the Larsen Career Development Research grants each year to support research in career development.
