Gail Taylor presents paper at Internet research conference

At the Association of Internet Researchers conference in Chicago last week, Gail Taylor (Ph.D. student) was a member of a panel that addressed how the Internet is being used as a disaster response communication medium. Gail presented a paper entitled, "CNN and MSNBC and the Internet and mobile phones: Citizen journalists send us your photos, videos, and news stories."
